embraced this philosophy into our business practices as follows:
The Six TCF principles 
1. We will treat all clients equally and fairly regardless of situation, financial position or advice required. 
2. We will always ensure we make the most suitable recommendation to suit your needs.
3. All our advice will always be confirmed to you in writing.  We will also always present our recommendation to you in person where possible, taking care
to carefully explain any technical points, so you can be confident you fully understand any recommendation we make.  We will also always keep you
clearly informed throughout.
4. We will always complete a personal financial review to ensure we have taken into account up-to-date details of your circumstances and objectives
before any advice is given. 
5. We will make you aware of the positive and negative points relating to any products recommended.
6. We have a structured review process where any changes in your circumstances or objectives can be discussed. With this in mind we arrange annual
review meetings to ensure our recommendations continue to be relevant and suitable to your circumstances.
